Add $200/person for accommodations in the Ranch House. The Ranch House is a full size house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has its own kitchen, laundry room, porch, and 2 living rooms. This is a great gathering place for a reunion or a great house to stay in with a large family. Discount weeks are available during late May/early June and September. September will be adults only. Rates are subject to 4.5% sales tax. (Tipping is left to the discretion of our guests. 10-15% is customary if our staff's services please you.) Hope to see you this summer! Horseback RidingOur horseback rides take you through the Arapaho National Forest's sage-covered hills and majestic mountians, with it's sapphire skies and crystal-clear views. Twice a day we have rides on numerous riding trails covering a variety of mountain terrain. We also offer breakfast and all day rides.
