    JCT intro.:

    hi I'm JCT.
I'm currently a Board Member Volunteer for a non-profit agency in my local area and am

    leaving a paying job soon.

I've also been actively looking for a new paying job for the last several months, without much luck at all,

except for recently having some interviews.

(I'm thinking that I might take some time and do some travelling that I've wanted to do for years,

and when I'm done with the trips, will get back to actively looking for work.)

I have several years experience in customer service and some education in travel and tourism.
(in about a year, I plan to return to college. I plan to do so part time so I can work while I study,
to finish hospitality related courses (part time) toward a degree.).

I have a good work ethic, am dependable, reliable, caring, have good basic math skills,

superior customer service skills, I have leadership skills gained from over three years of service as an appointed,

volunteer member of a non-profit Board of Directors, I have (online and offline) data management skills

gained from membership in several social groups-two of which I keep track of member information,

and would be an excellent new member of your company's team.

I live in the Merrimack Valley area of Massachusetts USA and would prefer a job close to home,

However I'm willing and able to commute to the Melrose, Medford, Malden, Boston, Cambridge, Newton,

Brookline, Brighton, Everett, Waltham areas to find and maintain employment.

I will also consider relocating (or partial relocation, by this I mean spending part of the year in Massachusetts

and part of the year in the southwest especially arizona or maybe texas working for the same company,

just at two different locations during the year or even a year in one then a year in the other.)
<I would probably need assistance and at least a year or two or so before I could relocate.>

My dream job offers the opportunity to serve the company and it's guests or customers,

a flexible schedule (that allows me to continue my volunteer (2-3 wednesday evenings monthly) work at NILP
and during the week-long annual christian film festival), opportunities for advancement,

a sense of accomplishment, more recognition, domestic us travel opportunities.

part of a quote from Mattie Stepanek.: ..
"but I want people to know that even if you
are scared or fuss about things a little because you are so scared or hurt so much, that you
    can still rise above it.
You can still get through it," Stepanek said.
